First Citizens is the largest family-owned bank in the US that values the livelihood of the people, businesses, and communities they serve. Quarterly branch merchandising opportunities allow the bank to reach out directly to their clients. For this round of branch merchandising, we explored the possibilities of how far money can take you, and how the bank can help you fit all of the pieces together to make dreams a reality.

Together, one of Great Britain’s most acclaimed working architects and one of America’s largest family-controlled financial institutions built a series of landmark banking offices across the US. As a way to celebrate this partnership, the First Citizens Bank brand experience, and as a gift to their associates, we created a timeless keepsake that would uphold their brand values for years to come.

In 2017, we deiced to put First Citizens Bank’s greatest asset, their associates, at the heart of their advertising. This involved flying to several locations and photographing the bankers who go above and beyond to build long-term relationships with their customers.
